More than just a venue, MILES UP was constructed from the ground up—its bar, bottle racks, and glass shelves all hand-built by Alessandro using salvaged wooden pallets and his own tools. His writing captures the flavor, philosophy, and fire of the craft—blending storytelling with practical guides to spirits, smoke, and bar culture. Raised between cultures and seasoned by travel, he now pours his passion into MILES UP, where community gathers beneath warm lights and wooden beams.
